Associate Photographer

Onward Search is a leading staffing and talent solutions company that connects professionals with top job opportunities at renowned brands. We're seeking an Associate Photographer to join our team in Punta Gorda, FL. This is a full-time position that requires travel to properties in and around the Punta Gorda area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support marketing efforts by capturing high-quality 3-D virtual tours and footprints for our industry-leading marketplaces.
• Develop a portfolio of photographs that showcase homes and apartments in the most appealing way possible, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces effectively.
• Collaborate with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales teams, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks, initiatives, and projects.
• Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed while navigating one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage.
• Adhere to safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent clients in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, with field experience preferred.
• Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but we will teach qualified candidates.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Capacity to quickly learn and apply new concepts, such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
• Enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Apps.

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are necessary to perform job functions.
• Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
• The ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
