Associate Photographer

Onward Search is a leading staffing and talent solutions company that connects professionals with top brands. We're seeking an Associate Photographer to join our team in Punta Gorda, FL. This is a full-time position that requires travel to properties in and around the Punta Gorda area.

• Support marketing efforts by capturing high-quality 3-D virtual tours and footprints for our industry-leading marketplaces.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that showcase homes and apartments in the most appealing way possible.
• Collaborate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, and management to prioritize tasks and initiatives.
• Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed while navigating one-mile square grids.
• Ensure safety standards are met to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent clients professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• Experience as a professional photographer or a degree in photography.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, with field experience preferred.
• Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but we'll provide training for qualified candidates.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Quick learning and application of new concepts, such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Apps.

• Repetitive sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing and camera operation.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.
• Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
