We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve our customers with a smile, providing a positive experience as you fuel and wash their vehicles.
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are completed.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates.
  • Develop your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs, such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs.
  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
