Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team as a General Dentist. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating oral diseases, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Treat Oral Diseases: Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose oral diseases, developing effective treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide General Dentistry Services: Deliver high-quality general dentistry services, including routine check-ups, cleanings, and restorative procedures, with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
  • Educate Patients: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive dental care, and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
  • Monitor Patient Progress: Maintain accurate treatment records and monitor patient progress, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and dental board procedures, maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our dental team to provide exceptional patient care services, addressing clinical issues promptly and accurately.
  • Quality and Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering the highest quality of care, upholding the values of our practice and exceeding patient expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: DDS / DMD degree from an accredited U.S. Dental School.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in a U.S Dental Practice or completed General Practice Residency.
  • Licensure: Relevant State Dental License active in good standing.
  • Credentials: Ability to be credentialed with insurances and governmental insurance programs.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in performing regular check-ups and dental procedures, and required skills including critical thinking, decision making, active listening, and complex problem solving.
