As a General Dentist at Gentle Dental, you will have the support of a full team of in-house Board eligible or Certified specialists. Our practice is predominantly PPO, and we offer a comprehensive dental office with a focus on patient care and operational excellence.

Key Highlights:

  • 30% - 32% + of production based on experience
  • Guaranteed compensation in first 60 days
  • Full time Dentist expected to make between $150,000 and $400,000
  • New Grad will have the opportunity working under a mentor Doctor two days a week at Puyallup location
