Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, Natera offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans for eligible employees and their dependents.

Job Description

This role involves assisting in analyzing specimens and maintaining equipment in good operating condition to ensure accurate and timely testing of patient samples. Key responsibilities include adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, providing guidance to new team members, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a biological science or related field
  • 0-2 years of industry-related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, and technical skills
