Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Clinicians in the treatment processes for patients
  • Upholding a hygienic and orderly clinic environment by managing laundry, sanitizing tables, vacuuming, and cleaning machines and other equipment as necessary
  • Demonstrating behaviors and practices that promote effective professional and therapeutic relationships with patients, family members, and colleagues
  • Collaborating with all clinicians, staff, management, and physicians to safely meet objectives and foster strong relationships throughout the clinic
  • Ensuring adherence to all ORA policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively engage and interact with patients, families, and staff
  • Familiarity with personal computer applications and Electronic Medical Records
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in lifting patients weighing up to 300 lbs

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Experience:

  • Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is preferred, but not mandatory
