Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing direct patient care. You will work closely with our team to provide individualized treatment and education to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans
  • Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
  • Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
  • Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
  • Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current state of Iowa license and CPR certification
  • Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
