Duties:- Audit, balance, and report on all food and beverage outlets cash and credit operations, including checks, over/short figures, deposits, counts, house charges, promotional materials, postings, etc.
- Audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, including room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits, etc.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including deposit slips, cancelled checks, and other financial documents.
- Perform duties of a Front Desk Clerk, including express checkouts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
