We are seeking a Lease Acquisition Consultant to help us achieve our business objectives at The Oaks at South Park. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual to take their career to the next level.

As a Lease Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our residential properties to potential clients, identifying suitable tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.

About the Role:

  • Market properties to prospective clients through various channels
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase visibility
  • Evaluate application information and references to ensure tenant suitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing tenants
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in leasing or sales
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other productivity software

Estimated Salary Range: $38,760 - $50,000 per year (based on 20 hours/week, $19/hour)
