- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems, including network and system administration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as computer science or information technology, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing to undergo a polygraph examination.
