Job Summary:

As a Mainframe Developer at Diverse Lynx LLC, you will lead and manage the onsite mainframe team for batch support and enhancement projects. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of batch processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and troubleshooting batch jobs to ensure timely and accurate completion, implementing enhancements to improve the efficiency and reliability of batch processes, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, and prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in mainframe technologies, with a focus on batch support and enhancement, and strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and other mainframe tools and technologies. Additionally, you will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of modernization techniques for legacy systems. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of modernization techniques for legacy systems
