Sales Team Performance Director

Sierra Instruments is a leading provider of flow measurement instrumentation and controls. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team in the United States. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting national and regional sales managers, sales representatives, and distributors as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of prior experience in a sales or customer service role in a technical, consultative selling environment. A 4-year college degree with a technical background is preferred. Commercial competence - pricing, sales channels, contract negotiations, and market analysis are essential skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement lead generation processes to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, Distribution Channel Partners, and other market participants.
- Support national and regional sales managers, sales representatives, and distributors as needed.
Requirements
- Travel requirements vary by region and time of year; 20%-25% overnight travel and occasional overseas travel is expected to support sales efforts, training, and trade shows.
- Ability to work independently.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Candidates must be fluent, both written and verbal, in English. Additional language skills are a strategic advantage.
Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
