We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team at L&M Fleet Supply. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Sporting Goods department, ensuring that it is clean, stocked, and easy for customers to shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a high-performing sales floor team, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed, and that all employees are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
