Department Head

We are seeking a skilled Department Manager to oversee the Housewares & Footwear department at L&M Fleet Supply. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, stocked, and easy-to-shop environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide sales floor clerks in their daily tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Ensure department is well-stocked and visually appealing
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or a related field
• Knowledge of houseware and footwear products
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
