Key Responsibilities:
  • Review existing Oracle Coherence cache setup in the organization from producer and consumer perspective, cache patterns, identify opportunities to improve and implement a strategic scalable, reliable, high performing solution to ensure stability of USCB customer channels relying on this cache for every day operations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Coherence caching, including messaging, Grid Gain, and Redis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy Coherence-based solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful implementation of Coherence-based solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Coherence features, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Coherence caching.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Coherence, including messaging, Grid Gain, and Redis.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and Java programming.
  • Experience with JEE frameworks, such as Spring, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with SOAP Web Services, Microservices, and REST endpoints.
  • Strong DevOps concepts and understanding of open-source cloud technologies, such as AWS and OpenShift.
  • Experience with build tools, such as Maven and Gradle.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins Pipelines.
