Job Title: Administrative Team Member

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Team Member to join our team at Aspen Fiber Networks. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
