Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Director to join our team in Washington DC. The successful candidate will play a key role in securing future projects, interfacing with clients, and applying both technical knowledge and business expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership in structural engineering, focusing on delivering major infrastructure projects.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of engineers and professionals to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Review project deliverables for conformity and quality assurance.
  • Interact regularly with clients and resolve project-related issues.
  • Apply skills to assist company training and mentorship efforts.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Structures.
  • At least 8 years of experience in technical roles on infrastructure/heavy civil engineering projects, preferably with underground construction works experience.
  • Professional Engineering registration in California or New York.
  • Ability in FEM modeling and structural verifications of temporary support of excavation, reinforced concrete, and steelwork.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Will to travel up to 10% of work time to support projects across North America.
