- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting store initiatives and contributing to a positive store environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, customer needs, and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail Experience: 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with art supplies, crafts, and creative products.
- Leadership Experience: Previous leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
