Job Title: Records Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Clerk to join our team at MSCCN. As a Records Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the records lifecycle, including capturing, storing, organizing, retrieving, and maintaining company records in both electronic and physical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage departmental inventory and supplies
  • Track and report records clerk activities and progress
  • Participate in company core value and safety activities
  • Process, file, and organize records in electronic and physical systems according to company specifications
  • Index records by inputting metadata into both electronic and physical filing systems
  • Capture digital records by scanning documents accurately
  • Collaborate with departmental personnel for records relay to and from offsite storage
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a records clerk (5-10 years)
  • Knowledge of the records lifecycle, filing, retrieval, and retention processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to use general office equipment, including copiers and scanners
