About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Modivcare. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing non-clinical personal care and caregiving services to enable clients to remain healthy and independent in their home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with instrumental activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide personal hygiene improvement and maintenance
  • Assist with transferring and ambulation
  • Remind clients to take medication
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment
  • Transport clients, as requested and approved
  • Prepare meals and perform housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Support clients in completing activities of daily living
