Job Overview

**Job Summary:**

Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar is seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, and supporting the Warehouse Manager in maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics and Inventory Management: Act as a point of contact for logistics, purchases, and inventory transactions and history.
  • Warehouse Operations: Support and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory.
  • Team Leadership: Assist Warehouse Manager with warehouse operations and workflow efficiencies, and lead direct warehouse team in partnership with Warehouse Manager.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and monitor and review data to ensure the accuracy of system transactions.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Assist in facilities maintenance duties, and monitor and manage warehouse equipment, supplies, cleanliness, and organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in the HVAC industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Word (30+ WPM).
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and work towards a goal with others, and excellent communication skills, both writing and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Outstanding attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task, complete assignments timely, and prioritize.
  • Education and Certifications: Valid Driver License, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
