Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our distribution center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 10-12 employees, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a crew of 10-12 employees and oversee warehouse operations
  • Operate assigned handheld unit to create labels and correctly place labels on product
  • Hand select orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures
  • Stack product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures
  • Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport product
  • Stage selected pallets for loading on proper dock locations
  • Follow Mexcor preferred work methods at all times and immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions
  • Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Preferred experience with WMS and distribution
  • Professional with a positive attitude, great organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment
  • Ability to establish working relationships with accounts and determination to aggressively grow and expand territory
  • Self-Motivated & Goal orientated with proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals
  • Possess a cell phone, dependable vehicle, valid driver license, proof of state registration and insurance, and an acceptable driving record
  • Must be open to working occasional weekend hours
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull several cases on a regular basis
Physical Requirements
  • Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer or mobile device
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs
