Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive credit policy, ensuring its alignment with the company's overall business strategy
- Design and implement a credit scoring model to evaluate customer creditworthiness
- Manage customer credit files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Monitor the credit granting and updating process, identifying areas for improvement
- Review and approve credit applications, making informed decisions based on creditworthiness and business needs
- Negotiate credit terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, fostering trust and open communication
- Conduct regular credit reviews of all customer accounts, identifying potential risks and opportunities
- Manage the application of late fees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Oversee the corporate financing program, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure department performance
- Stay up-to-date with current credit laws and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform credit decisions

- Familiarity with credit best practices, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Minimum 5+ years of credit experience, with a strong understanding of credit principles and practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience, with a focus on finance, accounting, or a related field
