We offer a wide range of behavioral health services, including clinic operations, day programs, and residential facilities, aimed at supporting individuals facing mental health challenges.

We are currently looking for a Client Support Specialist to enhance our PRP program in Forestville and Waldorf, MD. In this essential position, you will deliver vital assistance through service coordination, outreach initiatives, and identifying additional resources for social, health, and medical requirements. With a proactive approach, you will help clients meet their objectives, address physical health issues, and receive the essential support they need to succeed.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time, exempt role
  • Availability: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:00pm; flexibility in working hours is necessary to handle crises and emergencies outside of standard business hours.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate Degree in Health and Human Services preferred; Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Support
  • Experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to transport clients
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supportive counseling and advocacy for clients
  • Assist with client evaluations and offer necessary information on various life aspects
  • Facilitate clients' access to educational and vocational training opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Refer clients to suitable services and support groups
  • Conduct on-site and off-site meetings and groups with clients as required
  • Act as a liaison for hospitalized clients and follow up on physical care referrals

Salary:

  • Bachelor's Degree: $50,155 - $56,734
  • Master's Degree: $55,853 - $62,555
