About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Pest Control Technician to join our team at Arrow Exterminators. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial customers, utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM) to ensure the highest level of quality and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess pest issues and identify areas of concern
  • Develop and implement effective pest control solutions, including the use of bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the level of service provided
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that equipment and vehicles are in good working condition
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
  • Able to pass internal technical exams
  • Possess a current Driver's License in the state where you work, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, and maintain a driving record consistent with company standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule depending on customer's service requirement
