Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Assistant to join our team at LifeBridge Health. Under the direct supervision of a physician, you will perform clinical and clerical responsibilities to assist care providers in examination and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and register patient appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and process check-in/check-out functions
  • Enter pertinent information into patient charts

Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $22-$34 per hour, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and retirement savings plan.
