Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Director

uniQure is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Director to join our team. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs department, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the appropriate legislation in order to control their safety and efficacy from early development phases up to the coordination of approval and registration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Regulatory Affairs, with experience in developing and implementing CMC regulatory strategies. You will work closely with our CMC, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to provide regulatory expertise and ensure compliance with global regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CMC regulatory strategies for assigned products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including INDs and CTAs
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to project teams
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and trends

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs
  • Master's or higher scientific degree (PharmD, PhD)
  • Experience with biologics/vaccines/advanced therapeutics
  • Knowledge of ICH Guidelines and global regulations
