- Participates in Quality Control and Management initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Operates and maintains laboratory instruments, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results, supporting informed decision-making.
- Stays up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve laboratory processes and outcomes.
- Contributes to a culture of professionalism, respect, and open communication within the laboratory team.
**Requirements:
- Associate degree in laboratory science or medical technology.
- MLT (ASCP) or MLT(ASCP)cm or MLT (AMT) certification.
- Basic computer skills, mathematical skills, and data entry proficiency.
