Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is a full-time position serving students across multiple grade levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student goals and objectives.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in various settings, including classrooms and therapy rooms.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs and develop effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to track student progress and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other school-based activities to ensure student needs are met.
  • Provide consultation and training to staff and families to promote effective communication and support student success.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification/license to practice in the state.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and families.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
