  • Review Estimates: Verify estimates from architects and engineers for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage Bid Pricing: Oversee bid pricing and request bids from subcontractors.
  • Negotiate With Suppliers: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure estimates are prepared with competitive pricing.
  • Attend Meetings: Attend pre-bid meetings and present estimates at adjudication.
  • Respond To Requests: Respond to requests for proposals for potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Four years of college degree in Construction Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in civil construction.
