Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project documentation, including plans, blueprints, and schedules, to estimate costs and identify potential risks.
  • Research and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quotes.
  • Determine project timelines, considering factors such as material pricing, budgets, and potential setbacks.
  • Assess and communicate potential financial or logistical issues, and track variations to plans.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, technical documents, and submittal data for projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal staff to gather data and maintain efficient methods of providing information.
  • Continuously market the company and identify opportunities to grow the business.
  • Meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
