Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress to adjust care plans as needed
  • Foster open communication among patients, families, and caregivers

Requirements:
  • Active LVN or LPN licensure in California
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • MAB certification within 90 days of employment
  • At least 2 years of experience in acute care settings
