Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering, or geology.
8 to 10 years of experience in geotechnical or geological engineering.
A positive work ethic and the capability to work safely and effectively while managing various tasks.
Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with geotechnical software tools such as L-Pile, Uni-pile, SHAFT, gINT, GRL WEAP, GEO STUDIO, and FAD is preferred.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening are mandatory.

Daily Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop proposals and implement projects;
Safely manage and execute field exploration initiatives, construction oversight, and related documentation;

Conduct Engineering Analyses Including:
Soil and rock classification; evaluation of shallow and deep foundation capacity; immediate and consolidation settlement assessments; slope stability evaluations; geohazard assessments; ground improvement strategies; and earth retention systems;
Engage with both internal and external multidisciplinary teams throughout project development;
Draft Geotechnical Engineering reports;
Prepare construction specifications and detailed drawings;
Actively participate during the construction phase of projects;
Maintain positive interactions with client representatives; and
Develop project scopes, budgets, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
