GEM Enrollments is seeking a skilled Benefits Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our enrollment operations, you will be responsible for handling case building, supporting the Enrollment team, and overseeing enrollment success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a benefit administration portal, such as Employee Navigator, Ease, Selerix, and Harmony. They will also possess superior Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and solid communication skills. Additionally, they will be able to think strategically and act tactically, with a proven ability to partner with a close team and develop strong business relationships.

The Benefits Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Portal case building
  • Aligning efforts with the team and benefits counselors
  • Communicating with plan administrators
  • Coordinating benefit administration portal access
  • Gathering employee census information
  • Building the Employee Navigator portal/database
  • Creating the Enrollment Guide
  • Setup and participating in group training/meeting
  • Monitoring enrollment from start to close
  • Arranging logistics for enrolling new employees
  • Work closely with the data team to prepare and deliver post-enrollment reporting
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
  • Offer general assistance to clients
  • Proactively resolve challenges and drive solutions
  • Collect, analyze, and report enrollment results
  • Work closely with integrating partners
  • Utilize innovative thinking to enhance the consumer & enrollment experience

Requirements:

  • Experience & knowledge in a benefit administration portal
  • Experience in the Employee Benefits Industry
  • Superior Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel
  • Solid communication skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Ability to partner with a close team and develop strong business relationships
  • Works well with peers, and in a high-volume environment
  • Takes initiative/Results oriented
  • Should have, or willing to obtain Life & Health License
  • Solid organizational skills
