Universal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at InBank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and promoting financial solutions to meet their needs.

1. Provide day-to-day customer service, including handling complex issues and interactions related to customer inquiries, new accounts, and ongoing relationship needs.
2. Process transactions, including transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions.
3. Open consumer and business accounts, as well as support Treasury Management products and services implementation.
4. Inform customers about banking products and services, identify cross-sell opportunities, and broaden the customer's banking relationship.
5. Facilitate teller functions and accurately assist customers with processing transactions.
6. Meet/exceed sales and referral goals, as well as individual and branch targets.
7. Maintain current knowledge of bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key by touch
• Detail-oriented and decision-making capabilities

Prior teller/sales experience, strong attention to detail and accuracy, professional and courteous communication skills, and ability to cross-sell and/or refer bank products based on customers' needs.
