Universal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at InBank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and promoting financial solutions to meet their needs.

• Assist clients with day-to-day customer service requests, including complex issues and interactions.
• Perform transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions.
• Open consumer and business accounts, including supporting products and services.
• Inform customers about banking products and services, identifying and cross-selling referral opportunities.
• Facilitate teller functions and accurately assist customers with processing transactions.
• Meet/exceed sales and referral goals, as well as individual and branch targets.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key by touch.
• Detail-oriented, with decision-making capabilities.

• Prior teller/sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional and courteous communication skills.
• Ability to cross-sell and/or refer bank products based on customers' needs.
