Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Division Controller plays a crucial role in leading the local Accounting Department. This position involves fostering effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external clients, as well as with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a strategic ally to the Division President and Director of Financial Services.
2. Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the Division.
3. Ensure seamless communication with Client Accounting and HOA Community Association Managers to deliver exceptional client service.
4. Guarantee the precise and timely preparation of financial deliverables, including financial statements and vendor payments.
5. Support HOA finance committees in their financial analysis and reporting.
6. Collaborate on client budgets and monitor financial performance.
7. Engage in customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding accounts receivable.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in accounting processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a professional environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in challenging situations.

Special Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and adherence to company policy regarding vehicle insurance.

Work Environment:
This role involves standard office duties and may require occasional travel. The Division Controller will supervise a team of local accounting staff and may be involved in the recruitment process for the department.
