Your Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Implement and continuously refine preventative maintenance protocols.
- Assist in changeovers, ensuring effective and accurate execution.
- Repair and refurbish spare components.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and operational guidelines.
- Enhance your skills through formal training and hands-on experiences, including new equipment installations and modifications.
Your Qualifications
- Willingness to work a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:10 AM on a rotating cycle.
- A minimum of three years of experience in maintaining manufacturing machinery.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Capability to interpret technical documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation
- Night shift roles include a shift differential of $1.50.
