Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer - Technical Expert
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working with internal teams to improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via various contact channels
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide tailored solutions
- Work with internal teams to improve our services and processes
- Continuously learn and develop new technical skills and competencies
Requirements:
- 1+ years of software development or technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Knowledge or experience with Hadoop ecosystems and big data systems
