Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional guest service and support to our hotel team at True North Hotel Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel, issuing room keys, and directing them to their rooms and other areas.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Fulfilling guests' needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable, including making dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations as needed.
  • Performing various clerical duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, entering reservations, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, or one to three months of related experience and/or training.
  • The ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
