EPMA is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our internal application support team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customizations to the Salesforce system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including reports, dashboards, workflows, custom objects, and other customizations.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot interfaces between Salesforce and other software applications.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Debug and resolve issues or defects in Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform weekly data backups, maintain backup of site configuration using sandbox refresh, build, test, and migrate configurations from sandbox to production.
  • Maintain and create project documentation, including system documentation, business process documentation, and training materials.
  • Support other based applications.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working as a cloud application developer.
  • Experience building business process automations or workflows.
  • Experience with reporting & dashboard technology.
  • Skilled problem solver with the drive to follow issues through to completion.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and analytical skills, with a close attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a highly visible, fast-paced environment independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
