Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assess their needs
- Identify and implement suitable nursing interventions
- Deliver care tailored to the patient's condition and age
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity in patient records
- Oversee the creation and updates of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Carry out timely and precise Quality Improvement assessments
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- At least six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
