Work Schedule: Full Time

Shift Details: 4x10 hours – 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM, with shared on-call responsibilities

Your Role:

The Surgical Technologist II plays a vital role in the surgical process by ensuring the sterile field is properly assembled, maintained, and dismantled. This includes managing instruments, equipment, and supplies necessary for surgical procedures. The Surgical Technologist assists surgeons and other surgical team members within their professional scope, while also participating in the overall care of surgical patients.

Your Contributions to the Team:

  • Adheres to AORN and AAMI Standards within the Operating Room and Sterile Processing environments
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of surgical procedures and the associated equipment/supplies
  • Complies with departmental and hospital policies, as well as regulatory standards
  • Maintains strict aseptic techniques at all times
  • Collaborates effectively as a member of the surgical team
