Work Schedule: Full Time

Shift Details: 4x10 hours, with shared call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

The Surgical Technologist II is responsible for:

  • Setting up and maintaining the sterile field for surgical procedures.
  • Assisting surgeons and surgical teams as needed.
  • Participating in the care and support of surgical patients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology Program or equivalent military training.
  • Certification in Surgical Technology.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in an Operating Room setting.

Team Collaboration:

As a member of the surgical team, the Surgical Technologist II is expected to:

  • Adhere to industry standards and hospital policies.
  • Maintain aseptic techniques at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
