Respiratory Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. as a key member of our healthcare staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough respiratory assessments and diagnostics to identify patient needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer various respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation, as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management.
- Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT).
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Advanced certifications, such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP.
