• Utilize and maintain kitchen equipment, with a focus on safe knife handling.

• Efficiently prepare a diverse range of food items and beverages.

• Enhance presentation by adding garnishes to dishes.

• Assist in the thorough cleaning of kitchen appliances, including refrigerators and serving equipment.

• Comply with all food safety regulations regarding sanitation and food handling.

• Follow the established uniform policy.

• Collaborate with the Manager daily to accurately prepare the menu.

• Monitor food temperature requirements to ensure safety.

• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace and storage area.

• Perform cleaning tasks such as scrubbing surfaces and sanitizing equipment.

• Adhere to cleanliness standards to foster a safe and balanced environment, including sweeping and mopping.

• Keep waste disposal areas and kitchen floors clean and orderly.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, which may include various kitchen tasks.

• This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, and prolonged standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.

COMPENSATION:

  • All team members receive weekly compensation starting at $15 per hour.
SCHEDULE:
  • Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 2:30 PM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Food Service Certification as required.
  • Education or training sufficient to read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Fingerprint background check is mandatory for positions involving minors.
