About the Role

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join a school district in Columbia, Missouri. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans. They will also collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid Missouri state SLP License and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this position.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week, and stipends available under certain circumstances.
