Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assisted Outpatient Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our mental health program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty engaging in ongoing treatment.
Responsibilities- Provide daily oversight of the Assisted Outpatient Treatment program, ensuring seamless coordination of services and effective communication with clients, families, and community partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including court personnel, community hospitals, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Attend and actively participate in agency and community meetings, providing training and education as needed to promote a culture of inclusion and participation.
- Ensure completion of contract deliverables, including program and reporting requirements, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the recovery team and court to develop and implement individualized service plans, promoting client autonomy and empowerment.
- Master's degree in social work, criminology, sociology, psychology, or a related human services field.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, including those with co-occurring disorders.
- Valid Washington State driver's license and minimum required liability insurance.
- Agency Affiliated Counselor License, Associate, or full licensure in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
- Recognition as an MHP based on licensure.
