Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of parts shipments and inventory management within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Verify inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
  • Stock and organize parts and accessories in designated areas
  • Notify relevant personnel of special order receipt
  • Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Operate a forklift to move materials and unload vehicles
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Meet or exceed CSI standards
  • Attend required training sessions
  • Accurately record hours worked in company timekeeping system
  • Comply with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience desired
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
